iPhone 14 Pro
After
a year of rumors and leaks, the two most expensive Apple phones of the year
have arrived. The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro
Max was proclaimed at Apple's Far Out event. These two gadgets are hardware upgrades, including some of the
most significant changes to an iPhone in numerous years. At
the event, Apple unveiled new designs and features for their upcoming devices,
such as replacing the notch with a more advanced hole-and-pill cutout,
improving camera systems, and more. They also announce the release of the
iPhone 14 series, Apple Watch Series 8, AirPods Pro 2nd gen, Apple Watch SE 2,
and the Apple Watch Ultra.
The iPhone 14 Pro utilizes the advanced pill cutout design to
showcase functional software elements more efficiently. For example, when
operating Face ID, the authentication window will emerge and dynamically fade
within the pill. This replaces many UI elements previously
occupying the screen's center. As a result of this execution, the user
experience becomes less distracting. We also received some exciting upgrades in
the display department. The
new design of the screen now features slimmer bezels and can support up to
2,000 nits of brightness, making it ideal for viewing the content in bright
outdoor conditions.
Design:
In words of design, the iPhone 14 Pro comes in two sizes: 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches. The rear side is primarily unchanged from the more significant camera bump. The most notable changes are on the front-facing aspect of the device. Apple has finally abandoned the infamous notch in favor of two cutouts: a pill and a hole. The new design offers users increased screen space and a more modern appearance than the previous wide-notch design. Apple has, as expected, kept the stainless steel body and glass back. However, the color variations have altered. The Pro iPhone for this year is available in Space Black, Silver, Gold, and Deep Purple color options.
Performance:
iPhone 14 Pro models feature the
all-new Apple A16 Bionic chip and long battery life. These phones support
MagSafe and Qi wireless charging standards. People can also recharge their
batteries using a Lightning cable. This could be the final year of
utilizing an iPhone's proprietary and outdated Lightning port. The following
year's release may use a USB-C port instead.
Users in the United States of America and Canada will have
permission to use satellite technology for Find My and emergency services. This
service, effective in areas with no cellular coverage, will be complimentary
for two years after its launch. The
iPhone 14 models include crash detection features. Those purchasing an iPhone
14 Pro in the US will only have dual eSIM. In this country, Apple discontinued
the physical SIM card.
Cameras:
This year, the cameras are given
much attention, especially on the iPhone 14 Pro versions. Apple has finally
increased the Wide back lens' resolution from 12MP to an astounding 48MP. As a
result, the camera bump on iPhones keeps getting bigger with each new model.
The Wide lens now works with the four-to-one pixel binning technique. This
produces even better pictures, especially ones that capture light. Pixel
Binning uses the 48MP lens to create higher-quality 12MP images. ProRaw is an
option for those who want to work with 48MP output.
iPhone 14 Pro Availability and
Pricing:
In the US, the starting prices for
the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max are $999.00 and $1,099.00, respectively. And
iPhone 14 pro price in Bangladesh is 154,999 BDT.
